Do I wear Peakstride sleeves during or after my run?

Our sleeves are made for both. Most runners wear them while running to reduce tightness, improve circulation and keep their form strong. But they also help with post-run recovery by reducing soreness and supporting blood flow after training.

Do they actually work?

Yes - and you'll feel the difference.

Most runners notice it within the first few uses. Less tightness, more support and no annoying slipping mid-run.

Can I wear them every day?

Absolutely. They’re built for consistent use - from daily training runs to race day.

How do I know what size to get?

Click on Size Guide on the product page to open the full chart - it includes calf or thigh measurements (in inches and cm) as well as estimated weight ranges.

How do I wash them?

Machine wash cold with similar colours. Don’t use bleach or fabric softener. Hang to dry - avoid tumble dryers and direct sunlight.

Will they stretch out over time?

Not if cared for properly. Our sleeves are made with performance-tested fabrics that hold their compression, even after months of regular use.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to US, Canada, Australia, UK & Europe. At checkout, you’ll see all available shipping destinations.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders ship from our warehouse and are processed within 1-3 days. Shipping times vary depending on location, but can take up to 3-10 working days.

Can I track my order?

After that, your order is likely already on its way and we’re unable to cancel or make changes.

If you’re not happy with your item, we’ll happily exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
